School Breakfast

A project that we are involved in is providing free breakfast for the students at the Charleville High School this is our way of becoming closer to the youth of our district, our aim is to show that we are here to give and not to take.
ie. In the community, with the community, for the community.
We have a varied menu, a different one each week, bacon and egg burger, pancakes, toasted sandwiches, toad in the hole and sausage sandwich all these cooked on the Barbie
We ask the youth what they would like the next week so that we bring them what they want not necessarily what we want.
We have found that all the students look forward to chatting with us and really enjoy what we are doing and they show their appreciation by all saying thank you and saying it with a smile on their face,

Every second Monday we do a similar thing at the Primary school and the children there all join in and help with the preperation and serving, they think it is just wonderful.
